oil leak on 1995 BMW 530i

I own a 95 bmw 530i which has a severe oil leak dripping engine oil from behind the ac compressor , it's not the valve cover or pan gasket, any suggestions --- thanks, chris

Valve cover gaskets are very common, so make sure that is not your leak. Other components in that area that might cause a leak is the chain tensioner, which is seals with a alloy washer and possible timing cover gasket.
