First and foremost, you need to stop the oil leaking, which may be coming from the valve cover gaskets. The oxygen sensors measure the amount of oxygen in the exhaust and then tell that information to the engine computer which uses it to adjust the amount of fuel going in to the engine to precisely the correct amount needed at any given time.
