oil filter change on 2007 Honda CR-V

I am changing my car engine lubricants every 5000KM is it important to change the oil filter every change or could be changed once every two changes?

I would recommend you change the oil filter with every oil change. The recommended max interval between oil changes for this vehicle is 10000 miles or 1 year. So, you do not have to change the oil filter every oil change if you are changing oil this frequently (3000miles).
