oil cvhange on 2004 Kia Amanti

does it take a special tool to change the oil at home? what size does it take to remove bolt to drain oil and transmissio oil also?

Basic hand tool will get this done, however the oil filter may need a special tool to get it off. You can generally get this done with a big pair of pliers if you have to. Make sure you have a drain pan and a container to store the old oil in.

FIRST. You have to make sure you are keeping the history of your car handy. oil, transmission.cooland, filters all of them. Because if you do not have those documents that proof of regular maintaniense automaticly your warranty won cover anything. KIA will make your miserable if you dont have receives be aware. read your manuel.
