oil cooler location on 2002 Buick Rendezvous

where is the oil cooler located in the 2002 rendezvous could this be the cause of of antifreeze being in the oil?

It is an aluminum cylinder between the engine and the oil filter. I have a 2002 Buick Rendezous and I had oil in the coolant system and this cooler was the cause.

My 2002 Rendezvous just overheated and what looked like yellow-orange syrup was coming from the radiator resevour overflow. It was a mix of antifreeze and oil. The problem was also the oil cooler failure. Replacing it along with the hoses and flushing the system (radiator and heator core) will cost me about $1,300. About a year ago we also had the common head-gasket replacement done too. So about $3,500 in repairs in the last 2 1/2 years.....
