2011 Honda Accord Question: oil changes

does anyone know..the owners manual as well as the dealer says that when an oil change is due that it has to be done with 0w20 motor oil. which an oil change runs 45.00 at the dealship..but an oil change with 5w20 only runs 14.00 at the same dealership..so can i put 5w20 in my car???

    Your owners manual will tell you if there are options to the recommended oil for your vehicle depending on the area and climate you live in and the operating conditions for the car. Follow the recommended option for your car in your area, climate and operating conditions otherwise you may have problems with warranty claims if you have a problem.
