2003 Ford Explorer Question: oil change

Visitor, 4.0L V6 SOHC, Chandler, AZ, April 03, 2010, 19:56

I have a Ford Explorer 2003 with 120.000 miles. What kind of motor oil I shuold buy to do the oil change by miself.

    I recommend using Mobil1 pure synthetic high mileage motor oil. You should probably use 10w-30. Make sure to buy a new oil filter as well when you do your oil change...

    thats not alot of miles stay with the 5w/30 sinthetic
