2003 Dodge Neon Question: oil around intercooler pipe

Question

I was wandering if it is normal for oil to be around the intercooler pipe under the car. Also when installing a cold air intake, what do you do with the vacuum lines on the air box? Thanks!

The neon turbos will definitely have oil residue at the intercoolers..it's normal. Best to install an oil catch can for these vehicles.
