OBD code reads po128 on my car MD reader what is it ?? on 2003 Saturn L200

Low mi. car 60.000 Wifes car where do I look first ect. Light just came on 3 days ago car has been setting 23 degree temps.is it ok to start and let it warm up ?

Most likely the engine coolant thermostat is stuck open and needs to be replaced. The fault code is due to engine coolant tempuature is staying too low.

1. Check for a possible code P0128 set in the Powertrain Control Module (PCM). 2. Check if the engine is taking a long time getting up to operating temperature, as if the thermostat was bad. 3.
