O2 sensor problem on 2001 Infiniti I30

I have had the same o2 sensor changed three times. It keeps saying sensor 1 bank 1. I just had it changed two weeks ago and the CEL is back on. It is now sayng "too lean". What can I do?

I would check for vacuum leaks, this will cause a "lean" condition and set the codes that you are getting. You can learn more about this here: http://repairpal.com/OBD-Code-P0171-and-P0174 Have all of these sensors been replaced at the same repair shop?
