If two cylinders are no longer contributing power to the running of an engine it may be due to failed fuel injectors, failed ignition or mechanical failure internal in the engine. Internal engine troubles could be valve, head gasket, cylinder or piston damage. Without further information or diagnostic tests to see what is wrong it is impossible to guess at a cost. Disassembly or partial disassembly may be required to give a meaningful estimate. Haas the shop done a cylinder leakage or compression test.
