You need to replace the radiator and flush out the cooling system of oil and flush the transmission to remove all of the coolant. If you don't do both, the coolant hoses will deteriorate and fail risking the engine, and the transmission will fail due to contamination in the transmission fluid.
The transmission may already be damaged, I recommend you go to a Cadillac specialist for help.
