i am having a problem with the car sometimes starting and sometimes not could it be the starter the battery seems to be ok .When trys to turn the car ovewr nothing happens it does not say anythng i tried three times and then it started. this has happened it me a couple of times and i just decieded to not try to drive it until i find out what the problem is.

If you have the 4.6 liter engine, it very well could be the Starter, I have replaced many. There is a test lead that a good tech can use to test the Starter when you try to Crank over the engine. the cost of a Starter replacement is in our estimator, it can run up to $600, sorry to say. http://repairpal.com/estimator?car_type_id=3052
