Since its inception in 1985 Northwest Automotive has worked to be your complete, one-stop neighborhood vehicle repair facility.When you call one of our shops, your call will be answered by an ASE certified Master Repair Technician who will be able to answer your questions and offer helpful advice. Our technical staff average over 20 years of experience each and have access to the latest technical training and equipment. We do not pay our technicians on flat rate like many other repair shops and car dealerships so they can spend more time to be sure your vehicle is diagnosed accurately. Our company policy is to inspect your vehicle and provide you a complete repair estimate up front. Our store managers and service writers will convey this information to you in a friendly, forthright manner so that you can make informed decisions about your vehicle service needs. We will complete the repairs you authorize in a timely manner using quality parts and attention to detail. We will stand behind our work with a no fine-print warranty covering parts, labor and towing anywhere in the US good for a year or longer. Our goal is your total satisfaction with every repair. I was impressed by their friendliness of service and honest time of finishing. I've had places say they would be finished at a certain time and when I show up I have to wait, so everything is done on time, and a thorough explanation of why costs are the way they are and because of that I don't feel gouged.
I had a very expensive repair done and then I experienced a few months later the same problem and when I brought it in I was told that it may or may not be covered with their warranty. They made me wait two weeks for their service schedule. Even though it was there fault for not repairing it the first time. It never got completely fixed when they called me.
