Northwest auto was established in 1985. Doug Gaither, manager and president of northwest auto has much to be proud of. His company won Best Auto Repair in Greater Seattle Area, not just once but twice. Not surprising considering his 32 years of industry experience. Some of this must be credited to his technicians who have over 66 years combined experience. Their conveniences offer early bird and after hours drop off and free WiFi. They are also community aware. Donating to the Girls and Boys Club and Seattle Youth Garden Works.

Since its inception in 1985 Northwest Automotive has worked to be your complete, one-stop neighborhood vehicle repair facility.When you call one of our shops, your call will be answered by an ASE certified Master Repair Technician who will be able to answer your questions and offer helpful advice. Our technical staff average over 20 years of experience each and have access to the latest technical training and equipment. We do not pay our technicians on flat rate like many other repair shops and car dealerships so they can spend more time to be sure your vehicle is diagnosed accurately. Our company policy is to inspect your vehicle and provide you a complete repair estimate up front. Our store managers and service writers will convey this information to you in a friendly, forthright manner so that you can make informed decisions about your vehicle service needs. We will complete the repairs you authorize in a timely manner using quality parts and attention to detail. We will stand behind our work with a no fine-print warranty covering parts, labor and towing anywhere in the US good for a year or longer. Our goal is your total satisfaction with every repair.     Doug and the staff was very thorough and provided a rather comprehensive kind of snap shot of how your vehicle is performing. He is definitely the type of mechanic, where you would take your car in to where your car was at two hundred thousand miles, if you do what he says. He is very preventative. Not the cheapest men on the block, but he really takes care of you.

    They have great service but a little remote. They are a little out of the way. Other than that they have great service. They fix my car and don't pressure me into doing anything else. They don't do anything extra without asking.

    I found the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to me and were very accommodating to my time schedule, being willing to drop of my vehicle at my convenience. They would also offer the willingness to take me wherever I needed to go if I dropped of my car for the day.

    They are professional. They do a very good job on the cars. They keep them clean. They are willing to give you rides to your home back and forth. They are friendly, always saying they can do it. I need to have a repair on Monday but I'm going to be in the hospital. Very professional.

    Well they were very flexible. I explained my situation and they actually they delivered my car to me. It was one of those situations where they were really nice about it all. I had to go back to Illinois while they worked on my car and I caught a limo from the airport to a hotel and they were nice enough to deliver my car for me to the motel so I wouldn't have to get it when it was all done. I have had two cars repaired by them and I was very satisfied both times with the work they have done. Just so that you know, my insurance company is USAA and they are a very good insurance company and they recommended that company to me, so that was enough for me to get there and I was pleased once I got there.
