Northwest Automotive on Lake City Way has been serving the Seattle area since 1985. Overall, their staff is very experienced and nearly all are ASE certified, including 3 who are currently ASE Master Technicians. Since its inception in 1985 Northwest Automotive has worked to be your complete, one-stop neighborhood vehicle repair facility.When you call one of our shops, your call will be answered by an ASE certified Master Repair Technician who will be able to answer your questions and offer helpful advice. Our technical staff average over 20 years of experience each and have access to the latest technical training and equipment. We do not pay our technicians on flat rate like many other repair shops and car dealerships so they can spend more time to be sure your vehicle is diagnosed accurately. Our company policy is to inspect your vehicle and provide you a complete repair estimate up front. Our store managers and service writers will convey this information to you in a friendly, forthright manner so that you can make informed decisions about your vehicle service needs.     The service is really good. Everything was done when they said it would be done. They did everything they could do to try and get my car to run, but my car was not repairable so they donated it and it was a very good experience.
