My special THANKS to Donnie Hayes and his team! As I was driving from Atlanta to Nashville yesterday on Mu way to our grandchildren's birthday, I had a serious electrical problem that caused my car to stop running as I traveled at 75mph on I-75 North. The car just all of a sudden stopped running! The car was towed to North Georgia Auto Repair and Donnie and his team started work on it right away, as I had mentioned that I was giving that car to them for their birthday. They worked on car diligently until late and Donnie studied the schematics of the wiring and found the problem at 2AM! By mid morning I was on my way to Nashville for their birthday with their birthday gift. Not many people would be that diligent and certainly not many would give that type of personalized service. I am very grateful to Donnie and his team.... And so are my grandchildren!!!!

Mr. Hayes and North Georgia Auto Repair are quite literally life savers. I had tires installed on my Scion in Athens before heading home from school for the holidays. The technician at the tire shop insisted that I needed around $600 of work done on my front end. I didn't trust just anyone to do this work, so the first shop I though of was North Georgia Auto Repair. They have taken care of my parents' cars for years and have saved my parents hundreds of dollars in repairs on their Land Rover. As soon as I got home I took my car in and Mr. Hayes quickly diagnosed the problem. The shop in Athens had tampered with the ball joints in my front end in order to soak me for $600 in repairs. Had the joints given way my wheel would've locked up. If this happened while I was driving 70mph on I-75 on my way home for the holidays I could've been killed.
It took Mr. Hayes all of 5 minutes to diagnose and fix my problem. I am incredibly grateful to him for catching this problem and I cannot recommend him highly enough. As a woman I am keenly aware that many shops are looking to rip me off with unnecessary repairs. In light of that, it is so refreshing to find an honest, fair and extremely capable auto technician to take care of my car. Thanks again!

I DONT KNOW WHAT MR.RICH IS TALKING ABOUT BUT I HAVE HAD ALOT OF REPAIR WORK DONE THERE THEY HAVE FIXED MY CARS AND MY FAMILYS CAR WHEN THE DEALERSHIPS COULD NOT FIND THE PROBLEM AND EVEN THOUGH I KNOW I AM NOT THEIR ONLY CUSTOMER THEY MAKE ME FEEL THAT WAY ITS JUST A GREAT SHOP THEY CAN FIX ALL KINDS OF CARS CALL THEM YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH THEM JUST LIKE WE DID

We tried, but we just had two very bad experiences with this company. Initially we were excited to find them because they were very friendly but unfortunalty their quality of work and customer service was extreamly dispointing. I was looking forward to recommending them to friends and family but now I will have to tell them to stay away.
