Assessment Summary

In our review of North Fulton Auto Repair we found what we expect from a RepairPal Top Shop, experienced and trained technicians, a good warranty, proper tools & equipment, and a history of excellent customer service. On top of this, both of their technicians achieved Master Technician Certification from Mercedes-Benz, and are certified ASE Master Technicians! One aspect of a business that is hard to identify is direction, are they headed up, down, or have they stalled out? What we liked most about Jimmy Dingess and North Fulton Auto Center is that we believe they are headed in the right direction, and doing so with his customers in mind every step of the way. We love to see shops like this do well are happy to have them as a Top Shop!

  I think they are very fair compared to other car places. They always take care and are very honest -more honest than he should be. As far as his prices, he is very competitive. I give them two thumbs up and highly recommend them.

  Took my 2008 Acura TL to Jimmy at NFAC to replace my rear brake rotors and pads. Found them after doing some research on the internet and saw they had received many positive reviews from other customers. I also had a great experience. Jimmy (owner) was very pleasant to work with, his pricing was very fair, and the service was top notch (and quick)! What more could you ask for???? Would highly recommend!

  My husband doesn't have a nine to five job and they have done everything they can to help us. They've come to get the car from the house and they have a loaner car for us. We've been using them for about eleven years. I wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere outside of the area unless we were traveling and broke down. I can't say enough good things about them.

  I took my 2002 Ford Ranger to Jimmy for 3 issues. He quickly identified what was needed and gave a detailed description of the parts, labor and pricing. His pricing was at least 20% less than the other estimates. He started on my truck right away and did a great job. All three items were fixed perfectly and the price was great too, but most important, I've learned I can trust Jimmy to be honest and perform quality work. In the auto repair industry, that is what I look for. He's a nice guy and provided superior personal service and I appreciate that also. Thank you!

  Fast turnaround at a fair price. Brought both my Subaru Forester for routine maintenance, and my son's 2001 Honda Civic, which was overheating. Jimmy found a fairly priced replacement radiator, intalled and checked the rest of the system. Problem solved!

  I always take my Honda Accord and Toyota Sequoia to NFAC for maintenance and repair. Jimmy is a long-time automotive professional and demonstrates over and over again not only his expertise, but his honesty. Where the dealer tries to "upsell" you on maintenance, Jimmy gives you an honest assessment and only recommends things that are truly necessary. In these times when cars are so complex and so many people are inexperienced with mechanical issues of the modern auto, it is refreshing to have someone like Jimmy to go to. You can trust NFAC to provide you prompt, excellent, and honest service. I highly reccommend them!

  I have taken my cars to North Fulton Auto Center several times now. Every time, I am treated fairly and honestly. He diagnoses the problem and quickly and completely repairs the car at a very good price. I am glad I found a repairman who is honest and cares about the customer. He has already saved me hundreds, if not thousands over taking the car to the dealership.

  My family has four Mercedes-Benz vehicles. The newsest is a 2010 C class and the oldest is a 1992. I take them all to North Fulton Auto Center for service and repairs. The quality of customer and vehicle care I receive are both excellent. The owner and operator is a 30 plus year Mercedes-Benz factory trained expert. After trying numerous other Mercedes-Benz repair centers in town I have now found the place I prefer to do all my auto business with. They work on American and Asian cars and trucks as well. My neighbors all take their cars and trucks there following my recommendation. They are conveniently located in Roswell, and their prices are the most reasonable I have found. If you have not checked them out yet, you should.

  I am a tech geek and a shopper who happened to find Jimmy on RepairPal for "B" service on my 02' Mercedes C230K Coupe -- most dealerships charge around $350 and above but Jimmy honored the RepairPal coupon which matched the low pricing shown on RepairPal's estimate ($250). I even had him replaced both front & rear brake pads and front rotors to save me even more money! He used to work for a Mercedes dealership and received a "Mercedes Benz Standards of Excellence Certificate" so I know my Benz is in good hand for many years to come =)

  A very good shop and an excellent value!

  I took my Dodge truck into North Fulton auto Center, owned by Jimmy and Marsha Dingess, for some brakes, shocks and exhaust work. They did a great job, kept me well informed of the progress and the price was fantastic. They even recommended some things that ended up saying me some money.

  I highly recommend Jimmy and the team at North Fulton Auto Center.
