Question: normal cost to replace timingbelt, water pump on TDI automatic?

have a tdi automatic golf. Timing Belt needs replacing. what is ave cost to do this repair?

    roughly around $1000 give or take (parts and labor). make sure you take it to a shop that has the proper lock out tools and vag com. also make sure they change the belt, tensioner, pulleys, water pump, accessory belt, and necessary bolts.
