  Nordic Motors is helpful, up front about problems, quick to deal with issues, reasonably priced, and a pleasure to work with. At times they have solved small problems in the spot at no charge.

  This is a most amazing group of talented and nice people to deal with who offer solid work, fair pricing, excellent advice (even if it includes not getting paid for some work that could be done) and convenient location/rides to work or home. I would highly recommend them - and I almost never write these reviews for anyone.

  Nordic Motors is one of the best automotive repair business that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My experience since first coming to them back in 2007 has been one where I have always felt that I was being truly informed of the required service, never one where you feel like the recommended service is just to increase the shops profits.

  Always honest and fair. Car always ready when promised. Staff always calls before proceeding if additional repairs are needed. Staff always friendly especially Carl & Mike. We have purchased 5 Volvos over the years in part because of the excellent service provided at Nordic Volvo Saab.

  This shop probably doesn't repair cars other than Saabs, Volvos, Subarus. But for one of those, it is the best one in the area, and very skilled and helpful.

  Carl and the staff at Nordic are the best: honest, knowledgable, professional, reliable. They do go out of their way with customer service - you can really tell they enjoy the work they do and value the relationship with customers. If I ever purchase a different brand, it will be hard to find such a great shop to work with. Call Nordic, you'll be glad you did.
