Question: Noise in left front of engine

Makes rattling noise. Sounds like coming from Timing Chain cover. At start up and while driving.

    You better get this checked, if the timing chain is noisy you may have a bad chain tensioner or worn chain. Either way you don't want to let the chain skip or break, it will increase the cost of repairs greatly.
