Question: Noise In Interior When Engine Running

Odd noise I can only hear inside car when engine running.
Dealer has had car for one week, now looking at exhaust manifold and common parts for answer.

    I have the same problem with the 2002 ES300 w/178000 km.. 3 garage mechanics and a muffler shop find no problems. It sounds like a 4 cyl Honda inside, but quiet outside. No exhaust leaks. Heat shield removed to see if noise stopped - no help.
    Please let me know if you find the problem. I shall do the same.
