You'll have to be more specific. Just a noise from the front could be anything considering the engine has multiple parts that could make noise, as well as the suspension and other components in the front end. If you can pinpoint the location of the sound and describe the sound you're hearing you can get a much better initial diagnosis. For now, there's just not enough information.
