Check to be sure the pullies are clean of any oils. You may have a leak from a component getting on belt or pully. If your belt rides on its back side on the water pump (no rib side) it may have worn away the paint on the pulley. I have seen this on GMC pickups where the paint gets worn away from water pump pully then causes noise due to the lip of paint rubbing aginst the side of the belt. If theres a lip try sanding the paint away. It will not hurt the pulley or damage anything now or in the future. Otherwise they make a belt dressing you can spray on the belt that will get rid of the noise but I dont know for how long.
