Dealers advice to change the front tires. Recently installed new tires. Problem still exist. I had 42000 miles on it. Any suggestions or what causes this problem?

    Maybe the cv shafts are beginning to wear, dealer price for cv shafts are $417 each and you can get new cv shafts at a Napa autocare http://www.napaautocare.com/ConsumerNew/index.aspx and the cv shafts at napa are new and only cost a little over $120 each and the labor to install is 2.4 hours for both. Have napa check for the noise.
