Question: noise by passenger side

my car is making a ticking noise coming from timing belt.it looks fine, but I worried I might need to change it. How do I know if I need to do this? I went to service dealership and they said I need a throttle body fuel injection? Is that what is making noise.?help

    Which engine do you have in your Accord?

    It doesn't make sense for them to say it needs a "throttle body fuel injection". Did they mean the fuel injectors need to be cleaned. Noises are hard to guess at without hearing them first hand. Valves are manually adjusted (not hydraulic) perhaps the valves need to be adjusted.
