sounds like the Level Control ( air suspension & ride control ) needs diagnosis as there are quite a few components that can cause this, better have a trained tech diagnose this.

This exactly describes my problem with 2004 buick rendezvous ultra 3.6 v6--intermittent vibration noise from under drivers seat right almost immediately (10 seconds) after car is turned on and sitting in driveway and then while driving, vibration sound comes on for approx 10-15 seconds every few minutes, doesn't matter if air cond is on or off. Did you find any answers to this?

I have also heard such a vibration/ noise intermittently on my used 2004 Buick rendezvous CX coming from below the driver's seat . A local car service shop told me that this could be from the catalytic converter. But he said that its not that bad and it passed inspection.

didnt pay attention much but on other GM midsized suv's there is an air pump under the drivers seat, under vehicle, sounds like a jet turbine when the bearing goes bad, get used to it or part is $350+ "Fuel Evap System", did my best to lubricate but amount of condensation and moisture not sure if it worked but haven't heard back from customer
