Question: No tail lights, No dashboard light and the rear windshield wipers doesn't work

My dash and tail lights are out and the rear wipers don't work. We ckecked all the fuses and they are fine. Please give me some insight.

    The Body Control Module (BCM) controls the dash lights and the rear wiper, but I'm not sure about the tail lights. I would check the input and output signals to the BCM. You'll need a wiring diagram and a volt ohm meter to do this.
