2003 GMC Yukon Denali 147,000 mi,
Occasionally starts but will immediately shut off . And will not run until you leave it alone for ten minutes. (I'm guessing the body control module resets) then it starts up and runs fine. Weather temp changes I noticed is a factor . Also if it doesn't start just leave the radio on and don't open the drivers door . Pull the key out of the ignition And then wait for the radio to automatically time out/turn off. Then it will start every time.
2000 GMC Yukon Denali 110,000 mi,
It has happened 2 x in the past 9 months, it reset by putting key in door to open it instead of the key chain unlock. Security light goes on more frequently now.

2007 GMC Yukon Denali 100,000 mi,
This problem has been going on for the last 3 years for us. We are on our 3rd new starter. Just had the most recent one put in a month ago and it is happening again.
2000 GMC Yukon Denali 215,000 mi,
Replaced alternator because I was told that was it, now I'm told it could be the ignition cables or the anti theft system failure. Denali starts fine most of the time, but randomly won't start almost like something is draining the battery while not running.
Starts dies instantly. Only way to get started is to leave alone for 24 hours. Have had good luck so far by waiting for the security light to go out before starting.
