Towed to Chevy dealer,changed fuel filter and air filter($650.00 + 2 nites in hotel).2nd time,bled fuel filter,pumped up filter and finally started.Bad fuel filter "O" rings or fuel pump???

Truck turned over but did not start. Checked fuses and lines no issues found. Pumped the top of the filter and reprimed the system and truck started. A week later same thing happened and after attempting to reprime no luck- Fuel pump failed.
