"No start" Caused By Failed Fuel Pump on Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD

Truck turned over but did not start. Checked fuses and lines no issues found. Pumped the top of the filter and reprimed the system and truck started. A week later same thing happened and after attempting to reprime no luck- Fuel pump failed.
