There is no set labor rate to fit such a release switch in the car to release the trunk lid from the inside of the car.It should be easy to sit a momentary push switch a fuse wires and perhaps a diode but a lot of shops are not creative or willing to do anything that is not straight forward. I've been working on cars for 30 years and enjoy doing something and creative. Call several shops and see if you can find anyone willing to look at a wiring diagram and figure out how to do it. If you have no luck call someone that installs alarms, they have wiring diagrams to install alarm and often install after market lock kits, they should be able to figure it out.
