I have replaced the fuel pump relay the ASD relayAs well as the starter relay. I have also replace the neutral ignition safety switch and the ignition switch. I have power when starting a car in the on position when I go to the start nothing happens. I have no power to the starter.whlie turning key on. I can bypass that by jumping the soleinod and it starts. Then eventually it stalls. why cant i turn it on with key???

Most likely there is an open fusible link over near the battery. There are quite a few, check all of them.
