No power to the fuel pump on 2000 Mercury Cougar

My 2000 Mercury Cougar will not start. I replaced the fuel pump and relay. I have found that there is no power to the pump. Any ideas?

Have you checked the fuses or the relay?

try the fuel pump module located in the left pillar along the back seat

I have changed the spark plugs the wires r good put new injectors in it new fuel pump new fuel pressure sensor i dont know what else it could be
