1990 Honda Accord

Question: no power to ignition switch and dash all fuses are ok

can you please help me in troubleshooting this problem I think that it could be the main relay or the ignition switch ??

    There are some big fuses, not in the fuse box, that power up the sectors of the ignition switch, so I would go to www.alldatadiy.com and go to the wiring diagrams and trace down all the wires from the battery to the ignition switch.
