no power to coil on 1999 Dodge Ram Van 3500

how do you know when you need a ignition switch, or a crankshaft sensor or a ecm?

I would start with the Engine Performance Diagnostics. So, the best way is to check the codes in the computer to see if you have a sensor that is going out. here is link to some good repair info:

It was the ASD sensor and the ingntion sensor
