No power on 2004 Suzuki Verona

My 2004 suzuki verona has no power. It started last night when I tried to start it and when I turned the key all I heard was clicking noises now today all the power has gone out of it.

Looks like a bad battery, however I'd do a complete charging system test. Zee

It does not speed up during this but sometimes it will stall while doing this?
Straight road car is fine. When idlejng no problem but when giving it gas it sounds like a bee buzzing but very loud could it be the cats? I had it ran at autozone and it says o2 sensor bad .
