no oil pressure on 1998 Toyota Tacoma

Installed new timing chains and new rotor gears in the oil pump. I have no oil pressure and do I need to prime oil pump and how do I do that?

YOU NEED TO TAKE THE COVER OFF OF THE OIL PUMP AND PACK IT WITH PACKING GREESE

i have the same truck have the same problem does the pump have to be timed during assembly of chains i know the cam and crank have to be aligned as well as the balance shaft
