Question: NO HORN OR RADIO?

I have a 1998 bmw740i the horn and radio has gone out and when I do press the horn pad the clock goes out! what should I do to repair it!

    i have the same problem. the horn went out and no controls work on the steering wheel, went you look into either vanity mirror the steering wheel goes up, when you close it the steering wheel goes back down i have checked the fuses, same year bmw, i have had it for 2 years, i am confused, i think it is electrical...
