Question: no heating working

my car BMW 318 IS's heating is not working. only blower is working. I have a climate control unit in the car. It,s shows the temperature of -37.5 C. it will not let me to change the temperature. I checked all fuses are fine. can anyone help me?

    When I see a temp reading like that, I look at the temperature sensor and make sure it isn't disconnected. However, these climate modules have been known to have some issues, see this site for the info or rebuilt climate modules: http://bit.ly/8z7rcm

    I had to get a new heater core ... heat works now, but I still can't change temperature
