no heat or defrost on 2001 Dodge Stratus

When using the fans and warm/ hot indicator on dial, no warm air is coming out. Someone told me it could be the thermostat. A very inexpensive part. Is this true ? Thank you Mhiggs

A thermostat will cause the air to be cool, and not warm, but it wont have an affect on the amount of airflow. Have you had a chance to get this resolved, and what was the problem? Thank!
