Blows cold air from floor vent on passenger side of vehicle. Air always blows from floor vent, no matter what setting heat is on. Heat comes out of every other vent on the passenger side - reason is a mystery:(

I bought this van in Florida so it had never really been an issue till now. I have moved back to Minnesota and would like heat. I have heat on the passenger side and in the back. Not on the driver side. I will be looking at the air temp control blend door as I have read this is the cause on multiple forums.
The heat works on the drivers side but the passenger side just blows cold air.
