no heat on 2002 Dodge Ram 1500

i turn on the knob for the heat and i get it only for a few seconds the it goes cold. why aint i getting heat, and what can i do to fix it

Getting it for only a few seconds seems like a possible engine temperature issue. In other words, it's not hot enough and cools down even more with your fan on. Have your engine thermostat checked as it may be sticking open.

i have changed heater coil and radiator but still no heat and temp raises very high and then drops on accelleration only to raise upon idle or lower rpm
Heater will not warm up or change from floor to vent or defrost and ac will not come on . Everything is new , water pump , thermostat , heat / ac controls . No blown fuses . There is no fuse marked...
...e and still no cab heat. I'm fearing a head gasket problem, but would appreciate any ideas. No coolant leaks anywhere to be found at this time.
i have a 2001 Dodge Ram we got stuck in some snow after we got unstuck we have no reverse and no heat can anyone tell me what it could be did the reverse go out or could it be a vacuum leak my bro...
