2006 Ford Taurus Question: No Heat

Turned the heat on in my 2006 Ford Taurus and it's blowing cold air,no heat...Air conditioner and everything else is working fine...any ideas?? -

make sure you are not low on antifreeze- a very low level can cause that and overheating. If not you may have a stuck open thermostat or malfunctioning climate control system. Greg -

Thanks for the info, was very helpful...Antifreeze was low, added about half gal. to full line, while car was still cold, let car run for about 1/2 hr. then turned heater on and, yea!! Heat again!! Thanks again! -
