This could be a bad thermostat (stuck open), clogged heater core, or bad actuator motor or linkage to vents. Should be taken in for a diagnosis.

Takes up to 15 minutes for the heat to come on and the interior button won't stay on.
Could the heater core be stopped up? should I try flushing it?
