No heat on 1998 Ford F-150

there is no heat in the truck. we replaced the thermostat and the antifreeze.

Check both hoses going into the fire wall and see if they are both hot, if not heater core needs flushed or replacement. If both are hot you have a hvac contol issue, possible bad door actuator.
