1994 Ford Ranger Question: no fire to coil packs

I would suspect an issue with the ignition control module -- or the wiring connectors/wiring harness. The ignition module controls the firing of both coils in this ignition system. The processor communicates with the module, the module fires the coils. - DaveJHM
coil and computer has been changed. but still no fire. this is a friends truck that he wants me to fix for him. that's all the info i got.
