Check 15 amp fuses #59 and 60 in the fuse box both supply power to the headlight switch. The red and the red/yellow wire should both be live from the fuse at the light switch. Red/green and the red/black wire at the light switch must be live in the low beam position at the switch or the switch is bad. These colors follow out to the bulbs them selves see if these colors are live at the bulbs.

What Patrick is explaining is how to find out the problem. No, it's likely not the fuse. He's telling you how and where to check for power to the headlight switch, and then out to the bulbs. This is how a technician does it, performing circuit testing.
