Question: NO BRAKES OR IS HARD TO STOP

HAVE DRAINED AIR FROM FRONT BRAKES AND CHECKED FOR LEAKS BRAKE RES IS GOOD ON FLUIDS AND CAN NOT SEEM TO FIND WHAT CAUSED THE ISSUE WAS WORKING THE DAY BEFORE WHEN OUT SAME AS POWER STEERING DID IS THERE A CONNECTION?

    Some GM trucks use what is called a "hydro-boost" assist for the braking system. This system uses the same pump and fluid pressure as the power steering system. It is possible that the pump has failed on your 2000 Chevrolet 3500, affecting the power steering and the power brakes. I would recommend having the system diagnosed before attempting any repairs.
