Question: no air conditioning through center vents

when climate control is on the center vents do not blow any air. air is blowing out side and floor vents only regardless that the display shows it should be from top vents only.

    There is a motor that controls the operation of the doors that control air flow. This motor needs to be checked as well as the wiring and the controls of that motor. The motor appears to be on the left side of the tunnel, right of the drivers right foot.
