No air comes out of the defroster or floor vents on 2008 Buick Enclave

I have a 2008 Buick Enclave, 65,000 miles. Recently we have been unable to get any air to come out of the floor or defroster vents. Any ideas on the problem and/or fix?

I have a 2009 Enclave with the same problem, 55k miles. The actuator for the diverter vane was bad. It had failed in the defrost position. The problem went away after the actuator was replaced.

Same with my wife's 2008 Buick Enclave. Heater/air conditioner blower quit working as our son and family returned from a Florida vacation. I took it directly to the local Buick service department...CLOSED! Luckily center of windshield would defrost and the old wipe-the-sides with a rag to see the road was in order. Loads of recalls and items just quit working. Our very LAST GM vehicle. Show me 10 year-100,000 mile warranty vehicles from now on.
